All our online orders are sent with couriers directly to your door.
Delivery Times
The delivery times only serves as an indication, as all shipments will only be dispatched once pay fast clearance is received.
• Major Centers: Next day deliveries are made Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 17:00pm.
• Regional Areas: Monday to Friday, 48 – 72 hours from collection of shipment.
A surcharge of R105 may be applicable for deliveries to high risk areas.
Order Returns
If your shipment is damaged please email an image of the damaged product to: [email protected]
If you are for any reason dissatisfied with your online purchase, you can return the order back to us within seven working days, the product must be unopened and in a saleble condition.
For verification purposes, the person accepting delivery at the delivery address may be required to produce a form of identification. Any person other than yourself who receives the products at the delivery address is presumed to be authorised to accept delivery on your behalf.
We do not accept P.O. Box addresses for deliveries.
